Duke at Clemson
CLEMSON, S.C. (Interstat) — Two teams looking to salvage their seasons will meet when the Clemson Tigers host the Duke Blue Devils on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at Memorial Stadium.
Both teams enter the contest on the heels of disappointing losses. Duke (4-3) fell 27-18 to Georgia Tech on Oct. 18, despite a 373-yard, two-touchdown passing performance from quarterback Darian Mensah. Clemson (3-4) is coming off a 35-24 home loss to SMU, a game in which quarterback Christopher Vizzina threw for 317 yards and three touchdowns.
The Blue Devils have shown a potent offense in wins over California, Syracuse and North Carolina State, but have struggled with consistency. The Tigers’ season has been a rollercoaster, with decisive road wins at Boston College and North Carolina offset by surprising home losses to Syracuse and SMU.
Despite Duke holding the better overall record, Interstat’s game simulator projects a 35-18 victory for Clemson. However, oddsmakers have installed Duke as a slight 2.5-point favorite. The over/under is set at 54.5.
The game represents a critical juncture for both programs as they navigate the second half of their schedules. The winner will take a significant step toward bowl eligibility, while the loser will face an uphill climb with challenging conference matchups looming.
