Vanderbilt upsets Missouri on late touchdown
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Interstat) — Diego Pavia’s 1-yard touchdown run with 1:52 remaining lifted Vanderbilt to a 17-10 victory over Missouri on Saturday at FirstBank Stadium. The Commodores’ defense forced a critical fourth-quarter fumble to set up the winning drive. Missouri, which entered as a 2.5-point favorite, managed just a field goal and a late touchdown pass from Matt Zollers to Jude James. The loss was the first of the season for the Tigers, with both teams now holding 5-1 records.
