Virginia Tech at Georgia Tech

ATLANTA (Interstat) — The unbeaten Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, riding high at 5-0, will host the struggling Virginia Tech Hokies in an Atlantic Coast Conference matchup on Saturday at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Georgia Tech is coming off a bye week following a dramatic 30-29 overtime win at Wake Forest on Sept. 27. Quarterback Haynes King powered that victory, accounting for 349 total yards, including 106 on the ground, and three touchdowns.

The Yellow Jackets’ perfect start includes a key 24-21 home win over Clemson.

Virginia Tech (2-4) arrives in Atlanta looking to halt a two-game skid after falling 30-23 to Wake Forest at home last Saturday. The Hokies’ offense has sputtered, with quarterback Kyron Drones held to 111 passing yards in the loss. The running back duo of Terion Stewart and Marcellous Hawkins has provided some bright spots.

Despite the stark contrast in records, the Hokies are a 14.5-point underdog according to FanDuel Sportsbook, which set the over/under at 54.5. A projection from Interstat anticipates a much closer contest, forecasting a 25-23 Georgia Tech victory.

The game is scheduled for a 12 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025.
