HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (Interstat) — Jordan Dahlof tossed 4 1/3 hitless innings with two strikeouts as Oakland defeated Northern Kentucky 5-3 on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The Golden Grizzlies improved to 12-41, while the Norse fell to 24-30.

Oakland jumped ahead early, scoring in the top of the third on an RBI single by Day. The Golden Grizzlies added four unearned runs in the fourth, highlighted by RBI from Tony Konopiots on a fielder’s choice and Boston Halloran’s single, along with a run scoring on a wild pitch. Northern Kentucky answered in the bottom of the fifth, plating three runs on walks by Springmeyer, Mark Nowak and Alex Brazer, all with the bases loaded. Ethan Glassman worked 4 2/3 innings for Oakland, allowing three earned runs on no hits with six strikeouts. Aidan Schuck added an RBI single in the eighth for the final margin.

Gabe Stout threw 1 2/3 hitless innings with two strikeouts for the Norse. Logan Wilson took the loss, giving up five hits and one earned run over four innings with five strikeouts.
