OMAHA (Interstat) — A two-run homer by Jackson Trout in the bottom of the eighth inning broke open a one-run game and propelled Omaha to a 10-7 victory over South Dakota State on Thursday, May 14, 2026. The Mavericks improved to 19-24 overall, while the Jackrabbits dropped to 17-28. Trout finished 3 for 5 with a home run and two RBIs.
