LEXINGTON, Va. (Interstat) — The Virginia Military Institute baseball team erupted for 14 runs in a disastrous third inning for Delaware State, turning a close game into a rout on the way to a 24-4 victory in the first game of a doubleheader Friday at Gray–Minor Stadium.
