(Interstat) — In a tense, low-scoring season opener defined by missed opportunities and stout relief pitching, the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats walked it off in the bottom of the ninth inning to edge the Bradley Braves 2-1 on Friday night. The game, played before an evening crowd, saw both teams strand runners and squander chances until the final frame.
