JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Interstat) — Conner Spelman’s two-out, bases-loaded single in the bottom of the ninth inning lifted Jacksonville to a 2-1 victory over Florida Gulf Coast on Saturday at John Sessions Stadium in an ASUN Conference matchup. The Dolphins improved to 29-24 overall, while the Eagles fell to 34-20. Jacksonville had been held scoreless since the first inning before rallying in the ninth.
