(Interstat) — The Holy Cross Crusaders used a dominant combined pitching effort and a late offensive surge to defeat the Seattle Redhawks 7-2 in a nonconference baseball game Sunday evening at Bannerwood Park. The game’s most important sequence came in the top of the ninth inning, breaking open what had been a tight contest. With Holy Cross leading 3-2, Colin Brown reached on a two-out error by Seattle third baseman Hunter Carlson.
