BUFFALO, N.Y. (Interstat) — Owen Silliman drove in five runs and Joe LoPinto pitched seven strong innings as Canisius defeated Siena 13-6 on Thursday afternoon at Demske Sports Complex in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game. The Golden Griffins improved to 20-24 overall, while the Saints fell to 20-28. The game was the second of a three-game series, following Canisius’ 15-2 win Wednesday. Silliman went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double and five runs batted in. He has been on a tear, collecting at least two hits and two RBI in four of his previous five games.… Read more...
