LOS ANGELES (Interstat) — The Cal State Northridge Matadors used a four-run second inning to erase an early deficit and held off the UC Davis Aggies 5-3 on Sunday evening at Matador Field, securing a series victory in the Big West Conference matchup. The Matadors (22-16, 6-6 Big West) claimed the weekend set two games to one after the teams split a pair of lopsided contests on Friday and Saturday.
