SALT LAKE CITY (Interstat) — Cameron Gurney drove in four runs, including a go-ahead two-run homer, to lead Utah past Grand Canyon 7-2 on Monday, completing a four-game series sweep.

Gurney’s third-inning blast gave the Utes a 3-2 lead after the Antelopes’ Dominic Chacon hit a two-run homer in the second. Gurney added an RBI single in the first and a bases-loaded walk in the sixth. Luke Jacobs contributed two RBIs for Utah.

Four Utah relievers combined for 5 1/3 hitless innings, led by Landon Salvesen, Dillon Fine and Demitri Diamant. The Utes (9-5) tallied 11 hits. Grand Canyon (6-11) managed just six hits, all off starter Cody Kiemele, who took the loss.
