AGUASCALIENTES (Interstat) — Tyler Cheese scored 15 points and MiKyle Mcintosh added 12 points and six rebounds as the Aguascalientes Panteras defeated the Lobos Plateados 73-69 on Wednesday.

Aguascalientes outscored Lobos Plateados 25-19 in the second quarter and 26-17 in the third to take a 61-47 lead into the fourth. Lobos Plateados scored 11 in the opening quarter. They responded with 22 points in the final quarter, but Aguascalientes held on to improve to 3-1. Lobos Plateados dropped to 1-4. The game was played at Hermanos Carreon.

Mike Myers led Lobos Plateados with 19 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Tekele Cotton scored nine with two rebounds and an assist. Tyran de Lattibeaudiere added eight points and five rebounds. Geno Luzcando and Shaquille Johnson each scored seven; Luzcando had two rebounds and two assists, and Johnson grabbed five rebounds. Adrio Bailey added six points, two rebounds and a block. Jaron Martin contributed 11 points and five assists for Aguascalientes, while Gabriel Giron added eight points, three rebounds and three assists. Cheese added one rebound, two assists and a block in the win.
