MAYAGUEZ, Puerto Rico (Interstat) — Moses Brown scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Caguas past the Mayaguez Indios 114-86 on Monday at Palacio de Recreacion y Deportes. Caguas improved to 19-11, while Mayaguez fell to 11-16.

Caguas trailed 22-21 after the first quarter but outscored Mayaguez 28-13 in the second to take a 49-35 halftime lead. The visitors added a 21-27 third quarter before erupting for 44 points in the fourth. Travis Trice contributed 17 points and 13 assists. Josh Denton added 16 points, Hiram Huertas had 11 points and six rebounds, and Luis Rivera scored 14 points. Louis King finished with seven points and seven rebounds.

For Mayaguez, Tyrell Harrison posted 21 points and 12 rebounds. Jose Placer scored 18 points, Josue Erazo had 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Isiah Gaiter added 10 points. Caguas won the season series 2-1 after losing 102-101 on April 23 in Caguas.
