BUENOS AIRES (Interstat) — Quimsa defeated Boca Juniors 94-83 on Sunday at Estadio Luis Conde in an Argentinian Liga A matchup. The visitors took control early, outscoring Boca 23-18 in the first quarter and 20-13 in the second for a 43-31 halftime lead. Quimsa added 19 points in the third and 24 in the fourth, while Boca managed 17 and 14 respectively. The win improved Quimsa to 28-12 and dropped Boca to 32-20.

Michael Smith led Boca with 22 points. Agustin Barreiro posted 18 points and 12 rebounds. Martin Cuello scored 15 points. Francisco Caffaro grabbed 10 rebounds.
