McDaniels scored 23 points with eight rebounds and four assists for the Marinos, who improved to 16-11. The Marinos trailed 71-58 after three quarters before outscoring the Spartans 28-13 in the fourth. The Spartans led by as many as 13 points in the third quarter. Gregory Vargas added 12 points and three assists. Carlos Fulda scored 13. For Car. Spartans, Juan Miguel Suero scored 22 points. Michael Carrera had 16. Richard Bautista Caba had 13 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Jhery Matos scored nine points with five rebounds. Windi Graterol and Jose Sojo each scored six. Car. Spartans dropped to 17-11.
