CORRIENTES, Argentina (Interstat) — Ferro Carril Oeste rallied from a three-point deficit entering the fourth quarter to defeat Regatas Corrientes 87-85 on Monday at Estadio Jose Jorge Conte. Regatas outscored Ferro 25-13 in the third period to take a 63-47 lead, but the visitors answered with a 20-13 fourth quarter behind key defensive stops.

Fabian Ramirez led Regatas with 26 points and six rebounds. Tayavek Gallizzi added 16 points and 12 rebounds. Andres Jaime contributed 20 points, six rebounds and three assists. Nicolas Aguirre had five points, two rebounds and four assists. Pablo Ivan Gramajo scored eight points with three rebounds.

Ferro’s balanced attack included 20 points in the final quarter to seal the victory. The win improved Ferro’s record to 25-17, while Regatas fell to 24-16. The teams split their previous two meetings earlier in May, with Regatas winning 79-71 on May 15 and Ferro winning 90-75 on May 13.
