The visiting team overcame a deficit after the first half, outscoring Flamengo 31-23 in the third quarter and 23-17 in the fourth. UNICEUB shot 34 of 67 from the field and 13 of 35 from three-point range, while Flamengo connected on 32 of 73 shots and 14 of 41 three-pointers. UNICEUB made 17 of 25 free throws to Flamengo’s 12 of 17. UNICEUB held a 36-32 rebounding advantage despite grabbing fewer offensive rebounds, 9-12. Flamengo had more assists, 10-6, and steals, 10-6. UNICEUB committed 15 turnovers, Flamengo 14. Facundo Corvalan led UNICEUB with 21 points, six rebounds and eight assists. Franco Andres Baralle had 20 points, six rebounds and five assists for Flamengo. Kevin Crescenzi scored 22 points with five rebounds and four assists for UNICEUB. UNICEUB improved to 29-11 across all competitions. Flamengo fell to 34-20.
