Thursday, April 2, 2026 · Final · BSL Semifinals Game 1 (CAN-KWT leads 1-0)

Windsor vs. KW

WINDSOR, Ontario (Interstat) — The Windsor Express will look to snap a three-game skid and salvage a series split when they visit the KW Titans in a Basketball Super League matchup on Thursday.

The Express (12-14) are coming off a heartbreaking 115-113 home loss to Lake Erie on Sunday, their third consecutive defeat. The Titans (17-8), meanwhile, have won two straight and seven of their last ten, solidifying their position near the top of the league standings.

Thursday’s game will be the second meeting between the clubs in six days. KW dominated the previous encounter on March 28, winning 114-97 at home. The season series is tied 3-3, with the home team winning four of the six contests.

Windsor’s hopes will rest heavily on guard Latin Davis, who is in the midst of a stellar individual stretch. Davis is averaging 24.3 points over his last four games, including a 34-point performance in Sunday’s narrow loss. He scored 20 points in the loss to KW last Saturday.

The Titans counter with forward Ty Groce, who is coming off a double-double (14 points, 11 rebounds) in a 100-98 road win over Sudbury on Sunday. Groce was highly efficient against Windsor last weekend, posting 16 points and nine rebounds in just 19 minutes of play.

Windsor’s recent struggles have been marked by defensive lapses, allowing an average of 112.7 points during their three-game losing streak. The Titans have scored at least 100 points in 12 consecutive games.

According to Interstat’s ELO system, KW is projected as a heavy favorite with an 85.80 percent probability to win. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. EDT at KW Arena.
