ST. CATHARINES, Ont. (Interstat) — The Ottawa Blackjacks visit the Niagara River Lions on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in a Canadian Elite Basketball League matchup that carries playoff implications for both teams. Tipoff is set for the Meridian Centre.

Ottawa holds an 11-13 record, while Niagara is 10-13. Over his last seven games, Moore has averaged 16.1 points and 8.9 rebounds.

Niagara last played July 18, falling 102-91 at home to Edmonton. Guard Khalil Ahmad scored 23 points with four assists in that game, continuing a strong stretch. In his previous six contests, Ahmad has averaged 22.5 points, 2.3 rebounds and 4.8 assists, including a 28-point effort against Montreal on July 12 and a 24-point, five-rebound performance at Hamilton on July 14.

The teams have met three times this season, with Ottawa holding a 2-1 edge. Ottawa won the most recent meeting 86-77 on July 4 in St. Catharines, and also won 92-69 on June 28 in Ottawa. Niagara’s lone win came May 18, 85-91 in Ottawa.

Both clubs are battling for position in the CEBL standings. The Blackjacks have won three of their last five, while the River Lions have dropped two of three. The game marks the final regular-season matchup between the teams.

Ottawa next travels to Winnipeg on July 31. Niagara visits the Calgary Surge on July 31 after a scheduled game July 29.
