In his previous outing, a 110-100 win at Niagara, Samuel erupted for 29 points and 14 rebounds. He is averaging 22.0 points and 9.3 rebounds over his last three contests.

The Shooting Stars’ offense also features guard Myles Powell, who scored 28 points in the win over Niagara, and guard Javan Johnson, who added 22 points and five rebounds in that game. Fraser Valley counters with guard Jarkel Joiner (23 points vs. Saskatoon) and forward Miller Kopp, who contributed 16 points and eight rebounds in that win.

Scarborough’s lone recent stumble came May 31, an 88-90 loss at Saskatoon. Fraser Valley’s most recent loss was a 105-114 defeat at Ottawa on June 2.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. PDT. The game is the first of a two-game road trip for Scarborough, which visits Ottawa on Friday. Fraser Valley travels to Winnipeg on Thursday.
