Fuerza Regia vs. Diablos Rojos

MEXICO CITY (Interstat) — The Diablos Rojos will host Fuerza Regia in a pivotal Game 2 of their Mexican LNBP playoff series on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, looking to build on a strong head-to-head advantage.

Fuerza Regia (20-8) enters the contest with the league’s best overall record but faces a challenging road test against a Diablos Rojos (19-11) squad that has dominated their recent matchups. In the last two head-to-head games in August, Diablos Rojos secured victories of 97-91 and 96-83. The teams opened this best-of-seven series on Monday, Nov. 3.

Fuerza Regia arrives with momentum from a high-scoring 104-94 victory over Aguascalientes on Oct. 30, led by a potent offensive trio. Avry Holmes scored 31 points, Scott Bamforth added 26 and Lewis Sullivan recorded a double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds.

Diablos Rojos are also riding a wave of confidence after an 83-63 road win over Jalisco on Oct. 31. Their backcourt of Daishon Smith (18 points) and Michael Smith (16 points) provided the scoring punch in that contest.

The series will shift to Fuerza Regia’s home court for Games 3 and 4 on Friday, Nov. 7, and Saturday, Nov. 8.
