SAN PEDRO GARZA GARCIA, Mexico (Interstat) — The surging Fuerza Regia will host the Panteras of Aguascalientes in a Mexican LNBP matchup on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, at Gimnasio Nuevo Leon.

Fuerza Regia (16-6) enters the contest with one of the league’s best records and has dominated the recent head-to-head series. They handily defeated the Panteras in their two meetings last month, winning 104-91 on Sept. 21 and 80-63 on Sept. 20. Fuerza Regia is coming off an 86-73 road victory over Zacatecas on Oct. 14, led by a 23-point, 11-rebound double-double from Scott Bamforth and 23 points from Avry Holmes.

The Aguascalientes Panteras (14-11) are looking to snap a two-game losing streak against Fuerza Regia and build on a recent 82-75 road win over Soles on Oct. 17. In that victory, Erik Thomas posted a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Vinnie Shahid added 17 points.

The game is the first of three consecutive contests between the two teams, with the series shifting to Aguascalientes later in the week. Fuerza Regia will look to maintain its home-court advantage, while the Panteras aim to reverse their fortunes from the previous lopsided losses in this building.
