SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (Interstat) — In a game defined by a blistering offensive start and a furious comeback that fell just short, Kennesaw State held off Missouri State 91-87 in a Conference USA men’s basketball matchup Wednesday night at JQH Arena. The Owls, who led by as many as 18 points in the first half, saw that commanding advantage nearly evaporate completely in the second half before making critical plays in the final minute to secure the road victory.
