GRANADA, Spain (Interstat) — Granada beat Tizona 91-88 Saturday, holding off a late road push after leading much of the game. The home team led 25-22 after the first quarter and 51-44 at halftime. Granada extended its advantage to 72-63 through three quarters before Tizona scored 25 points in the fourth and Granada added 19.
