Villanova 5, at Georgetown 14

BETHESDA, Md. (Interstat) — Georgetown exploded for seven runs in the sixth inning Sunday afternoon to defeat Villanova 14-5 at Shirley Povich Field, salvaging the finale of a three-game Big East series after losing the first two contests. The Hoyas improved to 23-25 overall and 5-10 in conference play. The Wildcats fell to 16-26 and 4-11.
