(Interstat) — The UC Riverside Highlanders, defying pregame projections, used a relentless offensive attack and a parade of effective pitchers to defeat the San Francisco Dons 7-3 in a nonconference baseball game Friday evening at Riverside Sports Complex. Interstat’s game simulator had projected a San Francisco victory with a 4-2 final score, giving the Dons a 66.7% probability to win.
