FRISCO, Texas (Interstat) — A dominant start from Eric Segura and a four-run outburst in the early innings propelled Oregon State to a 4-3 victory over Iowa in a Big Ten Conference matchup Sunday at Dr Pepper Arena. The Beavers (6-4) built their lead against Iowa starter Nick Terhaar, who recorded just one out before being relieved.
