BLACKSBURG, Va. (Interstat) — The top-ranked Mississippi State Bulldogs continued their dominant start to the season, overpowering the Virginia Tech Hokies 15-8 in a nonconference baseball game Saturday evening at English Field. The Bulldogs remained perfect at 11-0, using a potent offensive attack and a stellar start from pitcher Tomas Valincius to secure the victory. Virginia Tech fell to 7-3.
